PROPERTIES’:
- 1 part protein absorbs 5 parts water and 5 parts oil.
- Excellent Emulsification, increases output capacity.
- Improve the texture of sausage.
- Easy to combine with meat.
- It is non-dusty type, absorbs water easily, the dissolubility is good and non-agglomeration.
Method of application:
- Add the protein into meat with 3%-4%, mixed with other ingredients.
- Turn protein, water and oil into a gel; the proportion is 1:5:5.
- Mix and homogenize it.
- If use the protein into injection-processing, must be homogenized before the processing.
- Can be mixed with other material directly (fish-food and frozen-food applications)
PACKAGING:

STORAGE:
The shelf life is 12 months under 25℃. in dry and cool place. Keep away from strong odour or volatile materials and moisture.
